Alberta Mountain Air Maintenance plans are billed monthly and require a 24-month minimum commitment. Charges are non-refundable and billed monthly until written or verbal consent has been given 30 days prior to next month's bill cycle. Maintenance price includes 1 piece of Category A equipment (Furnace, AC, or Tankless). Additional items (Category B) can be added: Hot water heater $7.95/mo, Humidifier $5.95/mo, IAQ systems $12.95/mo. Should you have more than 1 piece of Category A equipment, it will require its own maintenance plan at $14.95/mo. Annual standard furnace filter (1) is as follows: 16×25×1 or 20×25×1. Alberta Mountain Air's 15-year warranty is only available on new installations.
